and graphic traffic information services for end devices in vehicles; and supporting display and search of information
about traffic conditions, events, parking spots and graphic
traffic, as well as dynamic route calculation, navigation and searching.
Transmission modes:
  • 1) FM radio/broadcasting: FM subcarriers like RDS, DARC;
  • 2) Digital broadcasting: DAM and CMMB digital broadcasts;
  • 3) And wireless internet: multiple data communications such as
    2.5G (GPRS, EDGE, CDMA)
    and 3G (CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD- SCDMA)
